What areas do you service?
We stay local, serving the Austin area — including East Austin, South Austin, Travis Heights, Tarrytown, Northwest Hills, and nearby neighborhoods.
How does your pricing work?
We charge a flat rate per property, meaning we don’t charge extra for the number of bins you have. If you have multiple units on the same lot, our flat rate applies to each one. During checkout, you can select how many properties you’d like to sign up for our service.
Is there a contract or commitment required?
There are no contracts or commitments. We want your experience with us to be simple and hassle-free.
Will you notify me if my bins are overflowing or missed?
Yes! If we notice excess trash or a missed pickup, we’ll notify you right away and can remove the trash for an additional fee if requested.
Do you send pictures after each service is completed?
We currently don’t send pictures, but we take pride in our reliability and never missing trash day.
What if I have lawn bags or other trash that needs to be taken to the curb?
We don’t move lawn bags, trash bags, or other items outside the bins, but we may be able to help if we’re notified at least a day in advance and if our team has availability that day.
Do you provide any other services?
